Return Policy:

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us first at heysugar@sugarsand.co including your order number and then mail your return with a trackable method, within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. After mailing your return, please email us with the tracking number of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns that are requested after the 14 calendar days from the date received.

We happily offer a refund or site credit of the same value of the product(s) returned. You can use your coupon within a year from the date of issue. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.

All items* must be unworn, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging, including the original invoice. Please, make sure that the envelope/box you use to return your items is sealed and well protected. Damaged products are not eligible for return.
*This excludes earrings due to hygiene reasons, and personalized items.

Please note that we are not responsible for any items that are stolen or lost in transit. To prevent this, we would strongly recommend that you insure your package and save your tracking information. Please note that unidentified returns cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you an online coupon via email.
